About the practice

The breath

Before we open the portal to our imagination, the body needs to arrive. Abbie will guide you into your breath first. The breath settles the body into alignment with the mind. Only then can the journey begin.

The visual meditation

As a creative writer, Abbie builds worlds. Vivid, original landscapes crafted for each session.

As a meditation teacher, she knows how to take you there. Her guidance drops you into a meditative state, so the world she’s built comes alive inside you.

Each landscape is shaped by the session’s intention. And images, feelings, and moment sof recognition you find there are yours to keep. They settle into your psyche, quietly shifting the way you see yourself and what’s possible.

The ritual

When we return from the depths of our minds, we bring what we found back with us. A small ritual that draws what we lived in the mind down into the body and the world around us.

This is how the experience takes root and grows stronger each time you return to it. Over time, these small acts of embodiment become the bridge between who you are and who you know yourself to be.
