Workshop and Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely through Squarespace or Stripe.

Where invoicing is agreed, payment may also be made by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice. Payment terms will be clearly stated on the invoice, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is received in full.

Participation and Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the event description, Awen Sisters offerings are designed as women-only spaces. For the purposes of our services, we define a woman as anyone who identifies as a woman. By booking, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement where applicable.

Our retreats and workshops are intentionally small, curated experiences designed to foster safety, trust, and meaningful connection. As such, spaces are limited and participation is not automatic.

Awen Sisters Ltd reserves the right to conduct a brief suitability or vetting process, where appropriate, to ensure that a participant is aligned with the nature and intention of the offering. This may include requesting additional information prior to confirming a booking.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion where we believe a participant may not be a suitable fit for the specific service or group dynamic. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
