Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely through Squarespace or Stripe.
Where invoicing is agreed, payment may also be made by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice. Payment terms will be clearly stated on the invoice, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is received in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
14+ days before the event – full refund
Within 14 days – non-refundable (credit may be offered at our discretion)
If Awen Sisters cancels an event – a full refund or reschedule will be offered
Health & Safety
Attendance is voluntary. Please inform us of any allergies, access requirements, or conditions that may affect your participation.
Intellectual Property
All creative materials, rituals, and workshop structures are owned by Awen Sisters Ltd. They may be used for personal inspiration only and not reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Participation is at your own discretion. Awen Sisters Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage sustained during events, except where required by law.
